First Consultation: The first consultation lasts up to 90 minutes. This is your time to be listened to in a non-judgemental environment. We will discuss your past and present health concerns, your lifestyle, routines, sleeping habits, food choices, work, leisure pursuits, and anything else that may be relevant and have an impact on how you are feeling.
Following your initial appointment, I will analyse your case and select the most appropriate homeopathic remedy or remedies.
If you live in the UK, I will usually send the remedies to you within a few days. If you live in a different country, I will give you a prescription, and you will need to source the remedies yourself from a homeopathic pharmacy.
I will ask you to keep a note of any changes in your symptoms. Everything you share during the consultation is confidential.
Follow-up Consultation: A follow-up appointment is arranged for 4 to 6 weeks after the initial appointment, depending on the nature of the health concern. Follow-up appointments last up to 45 minutes. We will discuss your progress, review any changes, and adjust your treatment plan if necessary. Further follow-up appointments can be arranged as required.
Acute Consultation: If you develop an acute illness, for example, a cold, stomach upset, or something requiring first aid such as a fall, I can offer an online or telephone appointment. I recommend that clients have a homeopathic first aid kit at home, which can be purchased from Helios or Ainsworth’s.
